I am Ali, a Texas native who moved to Seoul in 2015 as an international school teacher. At the time, I had a 15-month-old and was 9 months pregnant with my second. In pursuit of a VBAC, I was on the path to learn everything there was to know about birth.

Over a decade later, I have a full home and heart, complete with seven kiddos! Having experienced 4 c-sections and 3 unmedicated VBACs; it is a future I could never have predicted. I now spend my time using all I have learned to empower and equip parents as a certified birth doula and childbirth educator.

 

I am passionate about supporting families, especially those whose ‘village’ may be far away. I believe the most satisfying birth experiences do not come from everything going perfectly, but from feeling heard.
